Opening Stretches and Breathwork

Opening class with breathwork exercises helps to get out of your head and onto your matt. Settling your nervous system prior to any movement is what gets you present in the third space, ready to socialize, laugh and reconnect with your body and community. Like everything called during class, all breath work is optional - if it’s not for you, just take a moment to sit with yourself and reflect.

Vinyasa Style Flow

Vinyasa sequencing is a continuous flow between postures meant to link your breath to each movement you take. Don’t worry, the instructor will guide you through this! The goal is to link each movement with a breath, fostering mind body connection. And, when we breathe and move together, we connect together! All classes are lead by a 200 hour certified instructor, who guides you through your practice focusing on keeping you safe in your alignment through out every movement.

The Comedown

After warming our bodies, elevating our heart rate and finishing our sequence, your instructor will guide you through restorative stretching, leading you into Savasana.
